Bringing cultures together and preserving the heritage of the town and region of Nîmes :  this is the two-fold objective of the association which is developing and extending  its activities to this effect, notably via multidisciplinary and international research work.

The exact nature of activities will be defined according to house policy and procedures.

In the absence of other defining bodies, the Institute also oversees the calendar of events organised  by the foundng associations
