When the Download file window opens, click on save and select desktop setting. When the set-up assistant is installed, return to desktop, click twice on the icon and follow installation procedure. Select the appropriate internet connection, Broadband for example, but do not tick boxes for other set-ups or Google toolbar. You will then need to register with Real network, taking care not to sign up for other services to avoid unwanted adverts later (again, remove ticks from appropriate boxes). When all the components are in place you will need to restart the computer. You can now watch the video of the encounter. This will take 10 – 15 minutes.
Click once on the link and the dmg file will be downloaded on your desktop. When the file opens (which it will do automatically), the icon appears on the desktop. Drag it into the applications file in the menu bar. The first time you use it, you will need to configure. Allow 5 minutes.

Julie Thérond is been working at the Institute since March 2009. She is in charge of the communication.
Library
The Institute has made a special donation to the university library. Members can henceforth consult and borrow books from the Vauban library.
Restaurant :
"Le Petit Bofinger"
At the request of M. H. Ratel, managing director of La Grande Bourse and Le Petit Bofinger, the Institute has signed an agreement concerning restaurant facilities: from December 1st 2008, all members of the IES who present a valid and up-to-date card for the year in question will be entitled to a free aperitif as well as a 10% reduction on their overall bill. The offer of course extends to all those dining with them.
